When I went to work this morning, I immediately heard the news about the terrorist attack in New York. Watching the live broadcast on my cell phone, even though we knew the offender had already been caught, the unsettling feeling was still very real. Seeing that people were fearlessly participating in a Halloween parade, made me really admire their unyielding spirit, yet worry that if there were another attack, there would be a huge number of casualties.

If there is a terrorist attack in the city we are staying in, how should we react? In this day and age, no matter how safe a city is, we should still have the awareness of being prepared for sudden changes.
