A long time ago an elder once said that whether you are saying something, or making a decision, you should first give yourself time to think about it. Don't let the words come out of your mouth too quickly, or you could seriously make the wrong decision. Besides affecting yourself, you could more likely hurt the other person's feelings. I think this really makes sense. No matter how much you want to express how you are feeling, you should take a pause and think about it first.
