Nowadays we live in an era longing to develop Mars. For something like this, humans have already got used to hearing about it and are looking forward to even more shocking news to come out. However, recently there is a voice of opposition, and it comes from an astronaunt who carried out the lunar mission half a century ago. His opinion is more for publicity than for practical needs.

This makes me think of another problem. Actually, do humans really need to continue exploring outer space? Are we too afraid that the resources on Earth will one day be used up? Earth isn't a disposable place. If we don't cherish it now, will we survive until the day when we can emigrate to outer space? The mission humans need to carry out now, doesn't seem to be developing the universe.
