When I was little my elders always said that we shouldn't sound sad or sigh at important moments or big holidays, or else we would ruin the atmosphere or our moods. Actually, in daily life we should also try to avoid that. Sighing often has to do with hesitation, dissatisfaction, or when we are about to give up. It is not a good thing to accumulate and hold on to these kind of emotions. Only when we breathe do we have the strength to face all kinds of challenges. Next time when we sigh, why don't we take deep breaths instead. This way we can have more strength to face our problems.
