I often hear that we have to put our heart into our work. We have to put our heart into our schoolwork. This kind of everyday saying, actually has its worth. Just think if we don't put our heart into things, we just can't do anything well. If our body is not healthy, then we can't take on any responsibilities. If neither our body or our mind is up to specs, we will make mistakes no matter how simple the task is. When we manage our mind and body well, even our time outside of work can be very fulfilling.
