Cause Things to go Swimmingly

I’m sure all of us know the importance of showing gratitude to others,

yet at times, due to reasons like shyness and what not,

that “thank you” never ends up being said.

Fact is, no one would turn down being appreciated,

thus I consider this phrase of acknowledgement

can cause things to go swimmingly.

So next time around, other than keeping such gratefulness within,

there’s really no harm in saying “thank you” directly to its rightful recipient.
