“Meetings” are essentially unavoidable
as long as we work in a team,
and it is quite common for people to find these sessions a waste of time.
Yet to set the venue at such cookie-cutter offices
would, for sure, make everything feels like clockwork,
which is why I find it quite optional to meet up formally in conference rooms.
Since face-to-face communication is what matters,
whether to convene at the pantry,
on a football pitch,
in a coffee shop,
or even just having a casual chat under a tree,
could all pass as effective get-togethers.
