Exercising more frequently is always beneficial 

at any given time, 

though urbanites with their hustle and bustle 

are often left with no other choice but to work out after nightfall. 

It is said that engaging in intensive sports at night, 

say that of long-distance running or boxing, 

can lead to insomnia. 

If we were really to get sleepless from such exercises, 

then it wouldn’t be much of a healthy choice.
