Whenever football and basketball seasons are over, 

it is simply expected that the assorted trading and transferring of ballers would crop up, 

even though I am no veteran sports fan, 

I am, indeed, still quite intrigued by the values these players exert, 

while some of them befittingly march towards greater goals and ideals, 

some are solely using their short-lived athletic career for the greenbacks, 

and there are also some who are dedicated steadfastly to their own club 

even if it means they will miss out on major awards, 

every single person defines and esteems competition rather differently, 

bystanders perhaps may concur 

or totally disagree,
